Chantilly's - Boronia Rd, Auburn

While the breakfast buffet is almost the same as you will find in most Holiday Inn, what I really liked was the unique well made egg/ Omelette which gave the restaurant its own special flavour. Was disappinted to see that they had stopped this.

I just coordinated a State Level Conference event for my organization Civil Air Patrol and EVERYONE at the hotel made the event as successful as it could be! Karla and Regina were wonderful to work with in setting up everything, the Kitchen Management and waitstaff were excellent in their timing and meeting the specifications we set forth. The venue is BEAUTIFUL newly remodeled updated, and the lobby are is very open and inviting, with lots of natural lighting. The Hospitality folks at the desk were friendly and professional, and everyone at the hotel was willing to work with us to meet our needs, and showed great professionalism and flexibility when we had a couple last minute things that cropped up..... I give this a 10 of 10, and would DEFINITELY hold another event here and recommend you consider it for your event!!

We had an amazing time with our nieces graduation and went perfect. The staff was very attentive. The food was perfect and the rooms were wonderful. You get a lot for your money at this updated hotel. I have written over 200 reviews and it's one of the best of the best.

Rooms are nice, but we went with a 8 youth sports teams with over 100 rooms from our organization. We were not allowed to conjugate in any of the common areas at any time or given any options the hang out. Would not recommend to any groups. We go as a group 4-5 times a year and have never had as bad of a experience as this.
