We ask each other to share CREP DE MORCILLA. Borja black pudding in its campaign sauce, a hearty dish and quite good in flavor. Second course we agreed on BEEF SIRLOIN Aragon beef tenderloin with foie, garnacha salt and thyme from Moncayo. (My partner doesn't like Foie and asked if it could be with Roquefort sauce and they made the change without any problem). Regarding the meat, I would say that it had been a long time since I had tasted such tender and good meat, my congratulations and also the sirloin was very large. We pair dinner with a Tres Picos, the flagship of Borsao wineries, which is a sure bet. For desserts, 2 homemade desserts... CHEESE CAKE Homemade cheesecake baked on low cooker in biscuit soil, very very good. And a coffee mousse that does not appear on the menu is also very good.
