Beans & Greens Cafe - Booval

I hadn't been to Ipswich in a long time, so it was great to discover a trendy restaurant with affordable, healthy food. The only downside was that the atmosphere was a bit lacking, possibly due to the slow business.

The acai bowl and smoothie at this restaurant are really thick and tasty, made with unsweetened coconut water. The healthy BLT is delicious and reasonably priced. Pete, the barista, is friendly, polite, and accommodating. The only drawback is the limited opening hours and the fact that they are closed on Sundays. Overall, this is a lovely organic cafe with delicious food and acai.

Beans Greens is a popular clean-eating café that opened in 2014 and has become a favourite among local workers for its smooth Toby’s Estate coffee and welcoming service. The café offers a variety of options on its all-day menu, including Jerk chicken tacos with guacamole and pickled slaw, and the GreenBean Special featuring corn and zucchini fritters with poached eggs, locally sourced artisan bacon, and a garden of greens and marinated mushrooms. Many of the dishes are gluten and dairy free, with vegan options available, but there are also meat and raw food options on offer. In addition to coffee, the café serves açai bowls, smoothies, fresh juices, and turmeric lattes. Customers can also enjoy 'clean' versions of popular dishes like BLT, MLT, hotdogs, reubens, and nachos for a healthy alternative for winter lunches.

I really love this cafe, every dish I've tried is so fresh, well cooked and well presented. The coffee and hot chocolates are lovely too. I would recommend it to anyone who wants goods value for money and completely healthy.

I love this place! The coffee is always on point! I also love the acai bowl. It just makes me feel full but still fresh and not bloated. Their vegetarian breakfast burrito also mouth watering. so much love for the girls too. Great vibes always happy, laughing at each other and invite customers into conversations. Its so welcoming.
