Jersey Mike's Subs - Boonton

Ordered two sandwiches through Door dash and the bag was sealed and the receipt attached to the bag had both sandwiches listed but the terrible staff only put one sandwich in the bag. When called, the lady read the name of the order that they still had at the store and refused to help any further. Another staff member then got on the phone and also refused to help any further and was actually incredulous that I requested them to deliver the sandwich or help with DoorDash. They messed up, knew the order wasn't right and refused to help in any way. Terrible service.

I visit this place from time to time, and it's consistently good. Today, I was pleasantly surprised to discover that any sub can be ordered as a "sub in a tub," which means all the ingredients are served over a bed of lettuce in a takeout container. This is a fantastic option for me. I follow a diabetic diet and typically avoid bread, but my choices often come with melted cheese that usually sticks to it. I tried the Chipotle Cheesesteak, and it was excellent—generous portions with no bread going to waste!

The staff was friendly, the sandwiches were delicious, and the service was quick. Thank you!
