I also like that you have used minimal amount of MSG. Grief I've just figured out this Bondi Cross branch and wanted to try it really, as it's closer to where I live. I went there last Wednesday without checking first, and the only day on which they are closed. Grief So today I tried again on a Saturday night. Grief Grief It was great to see that you have the same friendly staff and service. However, our Miso Tonkatsu Ramen was only Mediokre. Grief Grief The noodle was hopping and Kwy, it was good as the sectors of the crow. The Chasu (Röstschwork) was tender and has a great taste, but the broth was a bit thin, the taste was not impressive and it did not feel properly. Grief Grief I love Ramen and I have in Sydney many top ramen places in Sydney like Ippudo, Ramen Ikkyu (one of the best, but sad is now closed) and replaced by Ramen O-San, Ichi-Ban Boshi, Gumshara, Manpuku, Menya , replaces sun, Ramen Zundo and many more, not to mention a few popular in Tokyo and Osaka. Grief I rate the ramen of Ryo's Crow's Nest high, but I was very disappointed by Ryo's Noodles Bondi Junction. Grief On the other hand, the Gyozas were as good as I can remember.

Amazing handmade fresh ramen. Soup is thick and tasteful, but a little overwhelming after some slides. I still tortured my meal because the noodles were great
We had the ramen + soba noodles, just popping by after a shopping trip at Myer Bondi Junction. It was our first time here at Ryo's. This little joint reminds me of when I was in Tokyo. Quintessentially Japan. The ramen broth was thick and delicious. A tiny bit salty. And we even got some Chicken Karage. Can't say no to fried chicken. Ate every tiny crumb that was left after we demolish the plate. Yum! Everyone is extremely friendly. Amazing service!
It is pretty good Japanese ramen. However, it's a bit too salty, but the consistency of the noodle and the taste of pork is great. Not as much queue like that in CrowsX nest.
