Skalka Family Park - Bolatice

Great venue with excellent staff. When paying with my loyalty card, I forgot 1000 Kč at the cash register and realized it only when I got home in the evening. After emailing them about it, they called me the next day to let me know they had the money ready for me to pick up. Thank you once again for the great service.

I praise Skalka and its staff, everything is great and I can only recommend it. The instructors are perfect, I go there with my daughter every week since January and we are very satisfied. We always book the instructor a week in advance and we have never experienced what the lady below wrote about, that they forgot about us. The slopes are beautifully groomed. We just love everything there and are looking forward to the next season.

Everything was perfect. Beautiful attractions, friendly staff, and a great lunch. I must also praise them for their incredible willingness to help. There was an accident and my daughter lost her beloved purse. As soon as I found out at home, I called in the evening to see if they had found it. The lady called all her colleagues, the purse was not in the center, but they found out that a colleague had seen it on the way to the field. We immediately went there. The man from the center was already there, who rode his bike to retrieve it so that no one would take it. I have never encountered such a unique approach and understanding towards a child's soul. We will definitely return and I can only recommend it to everyone.
