Pizza Hut - BOILING SPRINGS

My supervisor ordered 40 pizzas last Friday to be picked up at 10am on Saturday morning. We got there at 10:30 and the store was closed. One employee in the parking lot talking on the phone with the manager whose only response was that he didn't have an alarm clock to wake him up. No apologies, nothing. Meanwhile 50 employees waiting and expecting pizza for lunch. Thank goodness for Cookout burgers in boiling springs. They fixed up 35 burger plates in about 25 mins. And was very friendly while doing so. No more pizza orders from this pizza hut.

One star for the delivery being on time. One star for the over worked, underpaid delivery driver being so friendly. This is my first, only, and last trip with this location. A meat lovers stuffed crust is very thin with lumpy stuffed crust. Yikes !! The toppings are very stale and overcooked. Geez dont you folks believe in serving anything fresh ?! In a prominent area like Boiling Springs I guess I expected better...

Every time I go through the drive thru the employees are always so nice! Very considerate staff. Oh and the pizza is delicious??

I don't see them staying in business at this location much longer. Came in and sat down. While ordering our server spaced out and didn't hear anything I ordered. Don't order the pasta unless you're into crunchy noodles. When food came to the table, was told she had to go find the other meaty marinara. Comes back and said they ran out that's why I didn't get it. I was left wondering what kind of sauce was being sent out on pizzas after that. I don't blame the server, she was the only one as a server/phone operator/etc. Although, using a lint roller on the large amount of animal hair on her hoodie wouldn't hurt. Ultimately I will not be returning here. Our last visit was also less than satisfying, I gave it another shot anyway. Lesson learned.

I'm not sure why I bothered to order from them. Every pizza I have ever ordered from a pizza Hut has been wrong. But moving to a new area I hoped for the best. Not only was the order wrong in true fashion, but the manager on duty did not care. He told us we were wrong. He refused to refund what we didn't receive even though we ordered it.
