Applebee's Grill - BOILING SPRINGS

The food was not so good and sucked. waited 10 minutes before drinking then ordered another 10 to get them. 30 minutes to get the leak. use them to eat very well, but never spend my money there again.

I would not recommend this place! Its nothing but careless teens working there. No Authority, the employees run over the management. They are so slow, does not check on the tables. The food is disgusting! Nothing ever works there. I hate that it’s the only real sit down restaurant up that was cause the service sucks! Please please please do no waste your time.

Food was great. Would have given more stars, but waitstaff was not good!! Some waitstaff need to be reminded of what customer service means. You do not walk past your table 6 times and not ask if anything is needed. Another person asked if we needed anything and then didn't bring what we asked for. Hopefully waitstaff will be better prepared next time.

I have no clue what's going on with this place but I haven't gotten a satisfactory order from them in over a year. Most of the time it's lackluster quality or poor tasting food. This past time I got half of my order from a delivery service and that was after the driver went back and reminded them that our drinks weren't there. If you don't care, I don't either. I'll drive to Spartanburg if I want Applebee's.

Ordered a bar drink that was never put in so i never received it, which is cool but the server rang in a completely different meal than what i had ordered, so i sent it back UNTOUCHED we were still charged for food we did not eat WE paid for the severs mistake. she did not seem to care about her job or making any money. I’ve never had to pay for food i didn’t eat
