The dining experience was disappointing. There was a lack of customer service when we raised our concerns. The diner, which cost $134, was served cold, and the meat was tough. The $5 beans were barely two tablespoons. I would advise people in Bayfield to steer clear, as the food quality is quite poor.

We've been coming here for years, and I've never had a bad experience—until now. From the moment we walked in, we felt like an inconvenience. We waited almost 20 minutes to be seated, despite there being no line and plenty of empty tables. Every interaction with the staff made us feel unwelcome. We waited so long for our drinks that we decided to leave for the Albion before they even arrived. When the cheese platter finally came, it was watery and not enjoyable at all. We were starving, so we quickly drank what we ordered and then left for the Albion. I've never left a restaurant without leaving a tip, but today was different. P.S. The service at Albion is fantastic!

We visited this restaurant twice while staying out of town, and the food is fantastic. I highly recommend trying the French fries—they're the best I've ever had! Don't forget to order the poutine as well. The atmosphere is lovely, and the service is excellent.
