First Watch - Blue Springs

This is one of my favorite restaurants! The menu has a little of everything, so it is easy to go with family and friends with care that someone is unable to find something. I regularly go to brunch, the whole family loves eating even my teenagers. There are elements on the menu that are gluten-free or can be changed to be gluten-free. I recommend you register online for the waiting list before you go to the restaurant, otherwise weekend waiting times can be up to 30 minutes. We always report online before leaving the house and usually wait about 5 10mins once checked.

One of the best restaurants in my life. My wife and I went there this morning for the first time. We were immediately visited by the friendly staff. We let the server know it was our first time and she told us about her favorite items on the menu. After our order, our server released samples from their juice bar for free to try what they have to offer. That's a nice touch! The food was excellent. The best egg sandwich I ever had! We were occasionally checked, not too often, and the manager even came by to make sure we enjoy our food. I loved not offering straws or having some plastic. When we finished our food, our server came by to give us the check and tell us that we only pay on the way out. Amazing food, amazing service. I think this could be a regular Monday morning brunch spot.

We had breakfast on August 8, 2021, during a time when Covid cases were increasing. We dined on the terrace, and it was fantastic! The million-dollar bacon is a real highlight (I personally enjoy my bacon very crispy). The ricotta pancakes, paired with lemon curd and strawberries, were delicious. Our server was exceptional, and I really wish I could remember her name. She checked on us multiple times and made sure we had water available to refill our glasses. I will definitely be returning to this location. Thank you for the wonderful service!

I tried several articles on their menu and loved everything I cost. Great place for a traditional or healthy breakfast.
