This restaurant has a lot of potential with many loyal customers, but the fact that only two people are working here leads to poor customer service. The older lady who handles customer service was very rude and does not seem to know how to maintain customer satisfaction. If the staff want to work and truly understand their roles, they should prioritize meeting customer needs or else find a different job.

You can't drive through this Burger King, but that's okay because the food was delicious! The line was long because only one person was working at the register. Michelle was impressive as she juggled two jobs at once. I felt bad for her, but she handled it like a pro. She greeted me with a smile, got my order right, and even cracked a few jokes. Inside the Burger King, there is a playroom and a bathroom in the back corner. There is also a self-service diner on the left side. This location is part of TA Travel Center, catering to truck drivers and families with children. They offer truck services and parking facilities.
