Fast friendly service. Coffee rolls were fresh, the coffee itself was excellent. No drive through option, but they have curbside pickup when you order ahead.

After a mishap with my order today, I had a fall at the restaurant. The staff were all incredibly helpful, providing me with water, tending to my knee, and remaking my order at no extra cost. Their caring and compassion really stood out to me. Although I didn't catch their names, I want to say thank you to all five of them. This shift at 12:30pm showed me how much humanity can truly make a difference.

Whenever I visit this restaurant, I always feel like I have done something wrong because the staff never smile or greet me. The music is always blaring near the counter, making it hard to hear. I ordered an iced coffee but received a frozen coffee instead. This will be the last time I dine here. It's no wonder why the restaurant is always empty.

I ordered a cold brew with almond milk that was light and sweet, along with some egg bites. This was the first Dunkin' Donuts location that made my drink perfectly sweet without needing any extra sweetener. The order was also the fastest I have ever received, even though it was a slow morning. Overall, I was extremely satisfied with my experience.
