Lantern Chinese - Blacklick

The highlight of the meal was definitely the sauce that accompanied the Asparagus Shrimp Roll (4 Pc). It was a light and delicious limoncello-style sauce! Everything else was good, but this sauce truly stood out!

I've generally enjoyed good food from Lantern, making it one of my favorite Chinese restaurants. However, my experience with tonight's order was disappointing. The Singapore Style Rice Noodles had some cold spots, suggesting they weren't cooked long enough, and they didn't warm up during the journey home. The Chicken Wings (8) were excessively large, making them quite unappetizing. While I will return to the restaurant, I will definitely avoid ordering the wings again.

The Singapore Style Rice Noodles and General Tso's Tofu are quite tasty. However, exercise caution with the House Mustard; I would say it's hotter than any ghost peppers I've tried!

Spicy triple delight, egg rolls, spring rolls, fried gyoza dumplings, crab wraps! Everything at this place is AMAZING!!!!

I order from here WAY too much, but it is so freaking good!!! The lo mein is always hot and fresh
