Paradiso Mexican Restaurant - Bismarck

Guys the chips and salsa are free!!! I mean yeah! The salsa is actually really good, the the chips are probably you know possibly slightly stale at times, not the top best quality chip but they're free so don't complain!!! Is Charas y Tequila better Mexican food?!! Absolutely 100% but Paradiso has a great bar, great place to pull up during a football game and the food really is pretty good it's probably a six to seven out of ten. It's definitely Americanized Mexican food but it's been here in Bismarck for awhile and there's a reason. And you can still get a free meal on your birthday!!! Just bring ur driver's license to prove it's ur birthday and your meal is on them!

The food was good. I like the new salsa recipe. It's not new but better than it use to be. Like old school in the late 90's. Our server had a trainer with tagging along. He was very knowledgeable and was able to handle the task of training without being a inconvenience to our table or himself. He was very upbeat and was very friendly to all his tables. I believe him and the cooks got some kinda deal cause our order along with the rest of his tables around us got food right away. Almost like fast food. I enjoyed my experience and the food was hot and exactly as I ordered. I'll be back for sure.

Always love eating here... I'm not a fan of spicy food, so the salsa they bring with the chips goes mostly unused at our table. But the food is fantastic and the service is amazing...

Went in to eat, and the front desk people said wait time was 25 mins I was fine with it and told them to write my number and that I’ll wait in the car, they right away told me if I wanted pickup, felt like they didn’t even want us there, if I could give 0 stars I would, horrible personnel! got the food to takeout and it was uncooked I wish I had taken pictures, the salsa was unflavored not spicy at alI. I honestly felt the racism, and unprofessionalism.

Hands down the best Mex food I've had in some time!! Our server was super and timely. Awesome decor. Background music was fun. Highly recommend the Seafood Chimi!!
