Fireflour Pizzeria Coffee - Bismarck

Oh wow. we drove three hours to bismarck and fireflour made it worth it! the best pizza I had for a long time. we just moved to north dakota and drank real, good, high quality pizza and that was so perfect! we drove off from williston! we were in heaven! the affogato was also great! my gf believed one of them for one. many thanks to fireflour! I love the combination of pizza and coffee. feels so Italian! many Americans can't join them together, but it's part of a full spectrum experience. Finally, the reason why I give fireflour five stars is simple, the service. despite occasional distraction by calls etc. the height of the service here felt above par. I and my friend felt very well cared for*! if we can only find out who meets our parked car in front of us! lol.

Originally from nj so I have access to some of the best and most respected pizza in the usa. this pizza is on place, easy. the teig has such a great small cripple and the perfect piece chewiness sauce and ingredients are delicious. I'm back.

My man and I stayed with family for dinner and were not disappointed! we tried the ono and the daisy and both were wonderful! the crust is phenomenal and the toppings seem carefully cured for the best experience. the gelato is also excellent. we will be back next time! many thanks for outstanding service and great eating!

We had a beer next door and had dinner here. they have a large selection of pizza recipes and a lot of ingredients to supplement. very friendly and personables staff. I would have made a picture of the pizza, but it didn't take long enough.

Absolutely awesome food, fresh, Hot, and delicious. Fantastic Staff, especially the guy with the awesome tattoos. We’ve come here almost every trip to Bismarck with our son, and now second son. It’s something we look forward to and especially seeing the guy with the tattoos. He’s always friendly and remembers us. It’s great customer service when you’re remembered even after months in our case, almost a year).
