Friendly staff member, but the restaurant is in poor condition and very dirty.

I love this restaurant! They always have multiple vegan soft serve options available. The majority are fruity flavors, and during my visit they had jolly rancher flavors, which were a delightful treat. The orange flavor was exceptionally creamy and refreshing, while the blue skyberry tasted like summer in a cup. All of the vegan options are labeled with a "V" as well as a "dairy free" label.

It is truly disappointing that the management would allow this situation to occur. It is unacceptable to see a single employee overwhelmed and overworked in this manner. If animals were treated in such a way, there would be a public outcry. It is clear that proper support was lacking, as there should have been at least three people working that evening. In my opinion, if a business cannot provide adequate staffing, they should consider closing until they can properly resolve the issue. It is unfair to expect one person to handle such a heavy workload alone. Management should take responsibility for their actions and ensure the well-being of their employees in the future.

The restaurant should make sure to clean the tables and chairs regularly. Additionally, the counter with toppings should be wiped down consistently. It would be more enjoyable to dine at a clean table.
