Awesome place! We were stuck in Bishop because the 395 was closed for weather. Linda was the best bartender and gave us some great recommendations on food. Locals were friendly and had a great sense of humor. Pool and dart. 11/10.

Great drinks at a good price. Lots of TV's, dart board, pool table, shuffle board, and Nike box for music. Very cozy inside and decorated with the Old West Theme. Good available to order after 4 pm

Reflecting back to 1995, I had arrived in the USA to do a horse trek on the John Muir wilderness trail and It was the night before we were leaving and with friends in Bishop, we had dinner and drinks at Rusty 's Saloon. It was my first experience with an American western style saloon, and I loved it. the food, the drinks, and the atmosphere I fondly remember. In Australia, I was a professional horse trekker taking people from all parts of the world on outback horse treks and "Pub Crawls on horseback, and it was Americans on my ride who told me about Bishop, Rusty 's, and the John Muir wilderness treks.
