Sage - Bishop

Tried this spot once with my friend and I am addicted ever since. I enjoyed the good atmosphere and yummy food and beverages. Keep up the good work.

Every course at Sage was excellent. When I looked at the menu, I was a bit concerned. Very old fashioned, the kind of food I might have seen in the '70s. But ignore that! Everything was prepared to very high standards. My wife had an excellent salmon and my pork tenderloin was superb.The homemade ice cream and a perfect creme brulée finished the meal perfectly. If you 're in or near Bishop, you should go.

We're so sorry Sage closed. We loved the food and the service. We hope it opens again some day.

We like a lot hanging out. Yesterday we went to this superb restaurant which we didn’t know before. We spent a beautiful time there with exceptional dishes and a well-trained team and an impressive chief cook. We put this venue in our list and we will no doubt return very soon. We highly recommend.

Quaint, super friendly and attentive even though I didn’t have a reservation and she was super busy. Amazing food and wine...the baked Brie is a must and the Omen Pinot Nior as well.
