The taste is a blend of Chinese and Vietnamese cooking, which I enjoy due to my Chinese background. The dinner dishes remind me of what you would find in Cantonese restaurants. I prefer the lunchtime dishes or non-sharing plates, such as Vietnamese vermicelli salads, pho, and Hainan chicken rice. The only downside is that sometimes the food can be a bit salty or contain MSG, but I have always been aware of this. My favorite dish is the lemongrass beef vermicelli noodle salad. The interior is nothing special, as they have kept the design from the previous Pizza Hut, but it doesn't bother me as I come here for a quick Vietnamese food fix. The service is friendly and straightforward, and it was a pleasant surprise when they spoke Cantonese to us.
The food at this restaurant was excellent, the prices were reasonable, and the service was top-notch. I will definitely be returning in the future.
The food at this restaurant is excellent, with a menu that offers a variety of interesting options. The service is fantastic, and the portions are generous, all at a reasonable price.
This restaurant in Auckland offers incredible value for money! The service is friendly, and they serve delicious traditional Vietnamese and Chinese cuisine that hasn't been watered down for Western tastes. The prices are unbelievably low for the quality of food you get. Overall, it's a must-visit for a tasty dining experience.
The Lemon Chicken and Stir Fried Squid with chili are outstanding. Don't miss out on the seafood Wat Tan Hor either - it's fantastic value for money.
