Tal-Petut is amazing. Michelin won’t give stars for home style food, but if they did, it would have three. I eat here every time I’m in Malta. No fuss, no tablecloths, just amazingly fresh and beautiful traditional Maltese cuisine. Locally harvested vegetables, rabbit, rooster, fish, pork bellyall of it magically transformed into the most delicious dishes. The restaurant has recently been taken over by Patrick, who is hewing closely to the tradition established by Donald.
