Buffalo Wild Wings - Billings

It did not seem like a regular buffalo wild wings. very small. Waiting was long. our waitress was good, but clearly needed more help. eating was not very good. I have the same fender taste I got at every other bww, but he tasted. we got the Queso dip for appetizer and it was okay, but not as good as other bww. we will not eat here in a definitiv. very disappointing.

I was so glad that this place made my expectations. I haven’t been to BWW since college in 2011. The bad reputation they get since then is gone in my opinion. The wings are actually decent sizes and everything was perfect.I miss the table game quiz thing. Loved always beating the other tables.

Racist alert!!!!! We are traveling and stopped in billings. We tried to order online but it wasn't available so we called ahead and they told us we can come in and order a takeout. So we went but they refused to place takeout order. We asked why and they told us we just can't and have to order something for dine in. So we ordered beer and waited for takeout. After a half an hour we asked about order waitress looked at us annoyed and rudely told us that we need to wait. Later we asked different server about our order and then that server informed us that our order isn't in the system. After long drive we were tired and thought it's polite to just take out since restaurant closes at midnight so 45 mins isn't a long time to eat. Also we noticed waitress was racist towards us since everyone else received their orders before us and she was super rude and hostile towards us. We didn't even receive any carrots or celery sticks either. Our order was wrong too. But after this racist experience we were comfortable spending any time at this restaurant and ask for correct order so we just left. After this experience we won't be supporting this kinda of restaurant.

We got here at 4:37.... there wasnt a lot of people maybe 10 at bar and 5 tables already served. We waited over 30 min for drink order... another 20 for the drinks... our appetizers came at 5:47we ordered at finally at 5:15. Its 6:11 and we finally got food. Was it worth the wait? I dont know. It wasnt busy

The managers at this establishment are absolutely rude. The general Manger is rude, unapproachable and I've witnessed her talking down to staff. Once I asked the waitress who she was and mentioned this, she told me she treats everyone that way that's why after 9 years, she's looking for employment. This is a horrible representation of leadership and won't return until something is done.Signed, a loyal customer for many years.
