Qdoba Mexican Grill - Billings

The surf and turf bowl was a delightful and refreshing surprise. The queso and chips are always very good!

The atmosphere is lovely and incredibly relaxed. I really enjoy the location; it’s fun and easy to sit back, take your time, and watch the cars passing by while savoring your meal. The food is quite good! I'd describe it as gourmet, with a West Coast twist that's quite different from Chipotle. The staff is friendly, making it a great spot to meet your brother for lunch or take the family out for a nice meal.

This was my first time dining at this restaurant. The staff were very friendly, but I felt that the price of my meal was not justified. I requested a few items to be removed from my order, and an older lady from the back came out to inform me that there would be an additional charge for the add-ons. She told me that I needed to pay for them, even though I clearly stated I didn’t want them. I simply told her to pay attention and listen to my request.

I had a big meal, but unfortunately, my experience was marred by a staff member named Penny, who was quite rude to both customers and her coworkers. I asked for a side of sour cream for my bowl, and while Penny initially seemed enthusiastic about it, her assistant manager quickly intervened and explained that they don’t usually serve it that way. It felt inappropriate for him to prioritize that policy over providing good service to customers. However, I want to highlight that the assistant manager is generally amazing and always friendly whenever we visit.

I'm sorry to say no good choice. our food (it had to eat in our car) was cold. my street tacos would have been delicious if they weren't cold. a tortilla fell apart while they made a note that it was probably not heated enough. daughter had melted Queensadilla cheese, but more must be melted. h- salate the buzz, rice and meat cold. something is not switched on to keep their eating warmer people. not sure we're coming back. disappointed.
