Marlo's Pizza Express - Bethlehem

Marlo is fantastic! We arrived after a big wedding celebration next door, and the pizzas were incredible—perfect for a late-night snack!

I discovered Marlo on a whim while looking for a cake for my wife. Knowing they offered gluten-free options, I decided to give them a try. I opted for an 11.5-inch gluten-free pizza with a cauliflower crust. The sauce was quite sweet, and the olive and garlic paste on top was absolutely delicious. I must say, it was a fantastic pizza, and I would happily return. The owner was very friendly and genuine, making the experience even better.

I visited here for the first time in a few years and found it to be quite dirty. I also thought the prices for the food were definitely too high.

Always great food. The owner is the cook, counter person, wait staff, delivery person, maintenance, and everything else so be patient! He is a great guy and deserves your business, just be prepared if you have to wait a few extra moments because the guy is doing everything himself. I promise you it's worth the wait! Everything is hand made and cooked to order, exactly to my specifications. Being allergic to tomatoes you would think that I couldn't enjoy pizza, however this place offers me so many options and variations , and the chef is willing to go the extra mile for his customers. He cooks with love. You can taste it! Go there tonight! Go as soon as you can! This place is the best pizza in the Lehigh Valley area!!

This place is never open yet says open lights are on every time I go there for pizza they’re closed might as well shut it down completely
