Carvel - Bethlehem

We visited Carvel and ordered the vanilla crunch ice cream. However, I couldn't tell if it was old or had melted and been refrozen. The texture was very granular and sandy.

I recently tried to order an ice cream cake for Friday, August 26th (today is Wednesday) from the Bethlehem store, but I was told that 49 hours wasn't enough time to place an order. They just put ice in a shape and decorate it. Unbelievable!

Is my ice cream ready? Also, why are they taking my picture? Do they have a bathroom?

My goodness, the ice cream makes them want fake birthday.

Here we go again. Another business that should unfortunately be shut down. This is the 3rd chance I gave Carvel to redeem themselves just for a decent ice cream cup. Not only did they run out of vanilla soft serve, and I had to wait for the machine to be refilled, but they dont even wait for the machine to get the stuff cold and make me a cup of Milky water. They proceed to serve me a liquid mess in a cup when I asked for vanilla soft serve. Completely unacceptable to serve this. I picked up the cup to pay for it and just from squeezing the cup to hold it, the runny liquid ice cream dribbles out the side of the cup. Disgusting. I proceeded to tell the sales girl I'm sorry I'm not paying for that runny mess that is not ice cream and walked out. I couldn't see myself paying money for liquid in a cup when I asked for Vanilla Ice cream. Carvel has permanently lost my business and everyone else I would tell to go there. It's so sad that these places are not only understaffed and don't have enough products but also appear dirty. I recommend nobody go there.
