After ordering and paying, our change was handed to my husband, but unfortunately some bills were dropped and blew away in the windy weather. The server saw this happen but did not acknowledge it or offer an apology. Despite the inconvenience, we had to retrieve the bills ourselves. I am 77 years old and recently had knee replacement surgery, while my husband is a Vietnam veteran. This experience has left us disappointed and questioning if we would ever return to this restaurant.
Yet ANOTHER location that is NOT open at all at 6am. Again, been stopping there only to find they are not even open at 6am. No lights on. Nobody there. Yet ANOTHER waste of MY, TIME, GAS going there. What a joke. Losing Yet MORE FAITH IN Burger King !
This location is really ignorant for handing out 1 packet of ketchup and 1 sauce with a meal. That should never be okay, if I?m asking for it I?m going to use it. 1 packet isn?t even a serving size. Get it together. No way am I finishing these dry a**chicken fries with no sauce left. Never again ????
I avoid Burger King now because they have really gone downhill in terms of food quality. It's disappointing. Despite my reservations, I decided to stop by recently. How can you possibly mess up a Burger King fish sandwich? The fish was overcooked to the point where no white meat was visible! It's unbelievable that someone could serve that. I wouldn't even feed it to my dog. It's no surprise I was the only one in the entire parking lot. I only gave them 1 star because I had to.
I ordered a Chicken sandwich meal but received 2 cheeseburgers when I checked my order. The woman at the window informed me that they do not offer that at night. This is unacceptable and bad business practice.
