Broken Symmetry Gastro Brewery - Bethel

We made our stop on the way from Ohio to New Hampshire. Initially Broken Symmetry was simply chosen because of the perfect location to meet family for lunch. But once we got inside, we were pleasantly surprised. We were greeted warmly at the door, the staff was so friendly and knowledgable, the beers were excellent, and so was the food. My wife and I had burgers (one was a special of the day and the other appeared to be a regular menu item). I had a flight, with the winner being the Irish porter (Lux). My wife had a peach sour that she enjoyed quite a bit. We highly recommend this place, we'll be back when we're in the area.

This is one of my favorite places. It’s a unique vibe and it’s right in the center of quaint Bethel.We went later in the afternoon and sat outside. It was nice. I tried the farmhouse sour and the pineapple sour as well. The pictured drink with the fruit in it is their white sangria. The sangria was my favorite. (Sorry! I know it’s a brewery.)The sours were good, just I am truly a wine drinker at heart.The fries were good. Could have been a little crispier for me. Smoke sauce is yummy. The ranch is missing a little bit of flavor personally.The service was great throughout the visit except when we asked for our check. We asked two different people for our check and it took over a half hour to get it. A little frustrating, but everyone is short staffed so we just remained patient.We will definitely be back!

Broken Symmetry is by our most favorite brewery. Excellent food, the staff is amazing, the beer is out of this world with super fun creative labels! The location is just ideal and never boring. Chris and the crew are super friendly, I love them all. Either you are with friends, alone, on a date, a work event, a beer run, a holiday, you name it, Broken Symmetry is where you should be!

Great food and beer. Reasonable pricing. Awesome people. Support local.

Still delicious but miss the old menu/original sized cali rito with sauce and sides!!! (Latest version pictured)
