Pizza Hut - Bethany

It's Pizza Hut. Service was good and pizza was as good as it gets for Pizza hut.

I was served a pizza with a piece missing!! The waitress mumbled something about what happened but I couldn't understand her. She said she'd give me a 10% discount! I don't know if it's because of the color of the carpet but the floor always gives the impression that the place is dirty. The veggie is always great!I don't know why they have to charge so much more for a veggie when there's not even meat on it. I realize that's a corporate decision.

Waitress was very unprofessional, she constantly kept pulling up her jeans while touching her rear. Pizza sat on counter while she went outside to smoke, no refill on drinks, we won't be back!

So yesterday, my big kid orders us a couple melts to try, we get the chicken, bacon ones with creamy parmesan sauce... Only, it comes with hardly any chicken, barely any bacon no creamy parmesan sauce. It had a ranch packet... My boy got an email asking for feedback.. He was honest. Got a phone call a minute ago from the Hut... He tried to explain, lady did NOT listen... Told him 'if you want the creamy parmesan sauce on the side, you have to ask for it that way... ' She didn 't listen when he tried to explain that there was NO sauce, NONE, not on it , not with it... Just the ranch dressing. Rather than argue. He said 'ok ' we will finish his points not do business with them again. It doesn 't pay to not listen or be condescending.
