Auberge Du Pont - Bessines-sur-Gartempe

Excellent place.We were suffering from the canicul I saw a photo of their veal escalope and started salivating it looked so delicious.I called in my terrible french they were very helpful. Told me they were Air Conditioned so we went as soon as we could. Very tasty dishes, well presented and not expensive. Great atmosphere. It is well worth a visit.

Very welcoming establishment, traditional cuisine at very resonable prices I recommend it to the whole road that would pass.

It's still good, but it's too bad they're closed for the weekend.
