Chef Michael exceeded our expectations in every way. This was our first experience hiring a private chef for our family vacation, and we were truly impressed on multiple levels. Firstly, the food was simply outstanding. Although we have some picky eaters in our family, you wouldn't have known it during the nights he cooked for us. He was punctual, left the kitchen cleaner than he found it, and, most importantly, he was a delightful person to talk to, sharing some great stories. We won't be searching for anyone else when we return to Maine for our next family vacation.

Chef Michael was very accommodating with our budget and was responsive throughout the planning process. He even collaborated with us to provide vegan options for our guests. After dinner, he left everything spotless. I would highly recommend Chef Michael for any special event!

Chef Mike provided an exceptional experience from beginning to end. I reserved a dinner for two as a surprise for a birthday, and the whole process was seamless. The menu was impressive, and the meal exceeded expectations, showcasing the quality you'd expect from a top-tier restaurant. This was my first time dining with Mike, and it certainly won’t be the last. I highly recommend it!

Chef Michael?s is amazing! We did a cooking class girls night, and he made it so much fun, adding in a competition and make our own berry parfaits. Additionally, his sweet and sour meatballs were amazingly delicious! I can?t wait for the next time Chef Michael can come cook for us!

Chef Michael was terrific for our girls? weekend 60th bday celebration! The crab cakes were delicious and I don?t even like crab cakes! The stuffed haddock was full of other seafood.. so filling! And I loved the wilted spinach salad with delicious vinaigrette dressing. Topping off the evening was a luscious berry cobbler! Michael took our kidding in good stride and didn?t mind our dance party in the middle of the evening. He left the kitchen cleaner than when he arrived. I look forward to his cooking for more events in the future!
