When we reached the drive-thru and were asked to place our order over the loudspeaker, it was my first time ordering there, so my colleague helped guide me through it. However, the person on the other side of the speaker became impatient, saying we were confusing him, and asked when I could just come to the window to order instead. He didn't seem to grasp the situation. We then decided to just go to the window. As I drove up, I could hear the person at the window—I'm pretty sure I heard them drop an F-bomb. First, she said the guy we spoke to was busy, but then after some back-and-forth, she brought him over to us. However, he wasn’t open to talking and seemed dismissive. I have a couple of questions: 1. Is this really good customer service, especially for a first-time visitor? 2. Why did he use profanity? He mentioned that the air conditioning had been broken for two days and that it had been a stressful situation for him. When he referred to complaints, he said they encourage complaints so that the authorities will understand why their staff might be rude (hinting at the air conditioning issue). In the end, we decided not to purchase anything and just left. Metro, is this what you consider customer service? I really hope that you can improve your training during recruitment. Other fast food chains like Macca’s, KFC, Hungry Jack's, or Red Rooster consistently provide excellent service, and as food lovers, we frequently visit them without experiencing this kind of behavior.
Terrible rude fellow workers who do not understand English correctly or make the English language right communication difficult also the staff have bad attitudes and they use much less filling in there subway and then less soße any other subway I was too to save cost more money in the order to tear out of the customer. avoid loading them!
