Big River Golf and Country Club - BERRI

Have been here a few times before and will visit again. A very good menu, plenty to choose from.Well presented food and reasonable prices. Modern and clean dining areas.

Good selection on the menu. Comfortable decor and ceiling to floor windows right across the front showing a great view if the golf course and the 18th hole.

Great food, friendly staff and good ambience. As I recall I ordered a steak and salad for dinner. It was perfectly cooked and was a tender piece of beef. Salads were lovely. Restaurant was not overly full but it was pretty early in the evening to be fair.

I have been to Berri so many times and can't believe this place had eluded me. It's on a back road and you have to go looking for it, but you'll be pleasantly surprised when you find it. It's a very large and very modern tavern that overlooks the Berri Golf Course. It has an extensive menu of basically good Aussie pub fare, which doesn't disappoint. We opted for the thick cut rib eye and the lamb shanks. Both were cooked to perfection and generous serves. This was backed up by a reasonable salad bar. The staff were absolutely delightful, including the chef who we could see was peering out from the kitchen to see whether or not we were enjoying ourselves (we were!). A good honest meal - only downside was that the price was a bit more than expected.

Service was good, good varity on menu, food was excellent & even though it was busy to food arrived quickly. Highly recommend 10/10
