Vapiano Europa Center - Berlin

An exciting concept: At the entrance you will receive a counting card (transponder) on which the consumption is booked. Before leaving, the amount is read and then paid. The pizza was delicious and rich. Shortly before midnight, the staff will be a little nervous and loud with the ordinary dishes and the chairs will turn still. You want to go tonight.

Against these many bad reviews, there is now a good one. I found the service very nice and I also had to wait 10 minutes for my (very delicious) food. A beautiful restaurant with beautiful ambience and in the middle of the city. Only to recommend.

The lady was talking to me so rude I was just ordering pizza and she was very very very Rude this place is horrible for that.!!!!

Open kitchen, open and light spaces, good food, good variety in the menu card. You receive a card when you enter the restaurant downstairs and what you eat and drink is being registered on the card in the restaurant at first floor. And then you...pay it all when you leave again. This restaurant is situated really good at the Europe Center with a nice view over Kurfürstendamm, The Gedächtnis Kirche and Tauentzienstrasse. But do not expect a lot of service from the staff.

Disappointing. The service was very slow. My partner was dealt with very rudely. They served us eventually one and then the other meaning the wait was even longer and we ate separately. Despite only doing one dish at a time, they forgot my starter and...the added feta cheese, making a poor tasting pasta even worse. Kind of damaged the brand for me.
