Just a pizza. A really good pizza! Yesterday we decided spontaneously to leave the children at home and eat a pizza in peace. Warm, sunshine, where. The Trattoria Dolce Vita came back to us. Cosy, not too large Trattoria, with a covered and green terrace with a beautiful fountain in the center. Parking in front of the door, but also behind the restaurant. The map is quite small, but there is something for everyone to find. The prices are reasonable, with the pasta listed in the map you can also get homemade pasta dishes at an extra cost of € 1.50. But we chose pizza and ordered a pizza Mista and a pizza Calabrese. As little attention there was a plate of olives and a bread basket from the house. The pizzas were served in a reasonable time. Both were clearly above the edge of the plate. The pizza Mista was, as expected, covered with ham, salami, mushroom and peperoni, the pizza Calabrese with a juicy salami from Calabria, Rocola and Parmesan. The thin, crusty dough from the stone oven is a wonderful carrier for the well-tuned coatings. Even if tomato sauce and cheese are not applied as on an American pizza centimeter thick, the pizza is not dry. The staff is very friendly and attentive, but not intrusive. As we wish.
