Piri's Chicken Burgers - Berlin

Piri chicken is my jam, for fried spicy chicken wings sauces. They currently have a 25% off of everything, too. I paid like, €3,50 for 5 wings, fries, and a drink. They even have a sauce bar, so you can put garlic, lemon, spicy, mild or whatever you may want on it. I like that there's a sink in the eating area so you can wash your hands before after stuffing your face. I give it 4 stars for a fast food restaurant. Yum. Enjoy! :

I'm still on the lookout for THE best vegan burger to be had in Berlin. Naturally, given the name of this place, it wasn't on my list of contenders, but after my parents raved about their chicken burgers and noted that a tofu option existed, I decided to try it out. I was super addicted to piri piri sauce during our trip to Portugal, so I figured it would be good. Well, things didn't turn out like I'd hoped. First there were a handful of mess ups, such as making my burger, which I'd requested without cheese and mayonnaise, with cheese and mayonnaise. So then I had to bring it in and ask for a non-dairy burger, while all of my companions ate their food. So I waited and waited. Finally it came out, but without the fries I'd also ordered. Again, we had to ask for them once more, and they brought them out so I could dig in. The verdict? The tofu burger is seriously boring. It's just a slice of tofu cut off from a block, and has no flavor. The piri piri sauce? Also boring. No spice, no kick. Just meh. The fries were the best part of the meal, and they were also pretty standard. My meat-eating friends seem to love this place, but if you eat veg, frankly I'd suggest you go someplace else.

A fantastically grilled juicy delicious chicken burger. A perfect snack when out at the park. The combination of sauces is simply well balanced. Caters to all food preferences chicken, tofu, beef.
