Ming-jia - Berlin

We came here by chance and looked for something new. Chinese restaurants often have the taste of equality here in Berlin. Unfortunately often also with a lot of glutamate. That's different... The operation is to resist, but very noticeable with a smile makes you fulfill your wishes quickly and quietly. We had Wantan 's as an appetizer that unfortunately felt quite long to wait for themselves when they were served was clear why... fresher doesn't go, we had a meat-like filling that was very pleasantly lightly seasoned so that you could taste every food. And they were super freshly prepared and the waiting period was worth it. So we were very excited when this quality will continue in the main dish, crispy duck, sharply with mushrooms and vegetables. And yes, it was a very tasty dish, very well costed, the spices support the dishes easily but not in the foreground. And like the appetizer without glutamate. This makes us curious when other dishes are so delicious, so we come back to find out...

I have today the lunch menu M7 (5,90 €): sour soup, chicken breast fillet with pork, shrimps, vegetables, pikant (see photo) The soup was very small (about 7 tablespoons, tastefully normal as you know from various Asian buffets. The main dish was prepared with normal rice, i.e. without fenced rice, but the usual. There were exactly three pieces, each of which crawled. The vegetables consisted of bamboo, paprika, onions, mushrooms and carrots. The sauce also tasted just like in the Asian buffets. Conclusion: Not bad, but nothing special.

The best Chinese in Charlottenburg. The best service in the world. This restaurant has done everything from the first to the last minute. We came to Ming Jia for the first time without reservation on a Saturday night. We were greeted and had free choice. Before the inviting large round table we had too much respect and sat on a 4 table. The store is clean and tidy. Just a few Chinese details show you're sitting with the Chinese. Now we have the cards. These are shown in Chinese, German and English and are even partially illustrated by pictures of food. The selection is extensive. The prices seem very appropriate to me. The service was very attentive. She realized who had ordered what and noticed that we were all sharp sauces to our appetizer Wantan. It therefore offered to roast the noodles of the main course somewhat sharper than usual. I ordered an Oolong tea. The most expensive tea on the map of 4.50 €. It came in a small box that lasted for two of the small cups. In the box were all big tea leaves that speak for quality. The wish

Again, there was a meeting with beautiful pleasures, and they made this restaurant as a suggestion through the tip of a friend. The menu reads well online, also for my girlfriend as a vegetarian, so we said. On site we were surprised by the modern, not so playful facility we liked! The menus were fast on the table and the drinks were served immediately! What was very noticeable to us is the already mentioned unusual attention and kindness without it! This is also expressed by the fact that it was repeatedly asked whether everything was okay, and that one of the wines, for example from the carafe, was undisputed by the table! Although it was our first visit, we had the feeling that we have been regular guests for years!!! Something happens with a rather rare... The food was also very good, there is nothing to complain about: Simply delicious! That we liked it well here, you must have noticed that we did it only after 5 hours! We were at Ming Jia yesterday. The food was very tasty. The service was tip, the portions plentiful. But I have to take off a quarter because: 1. the service was too flashy. The soup hadn't been eaten yet, there was the main food. A little break would have been pleasant. 2. a holding plate would have been required. But should always be there, in particular. Next time I know. The plates were very well preheated gas is unfortunately not standard in many locals. Conclusion: a visit to the Ming Jia is recommended
