Bartleby’s Seitan Stand - Bentonville

I can't tell you how happy I am to have a place where I can get a whole vegan meal! No worrying about meat cross contamination or eggs in the sauces. The nuggs are TO DIE FOR crispy and delicious and the special sauce is superb. 10000/10 would highly recommend.

We picked up fries here to go with our Dots Hot Chicken sandwiches. The waffle fries were EXCELLENT! They were seasoned and had a great flavor to them. We got garlic and herb sauce as well as their special sauce. The special sauce is where it?s at. We?ll be back to try their other stuff as well.

I loved the devil-theme of this little food truck. The food was great but I wished the portions were a bit bigger for the price you pay. One great thing about this food truck is that it was parked right outside of Bentonville Brewery so you can get food and then chill in the brewery and eat.
