Needs faster times for people who receive their food

Mcdonalds benton Missouri location. this evaluation applies to the mobile order and the delivery of the order. after the order it took approx. 5 minutes to get to board the pickup. the dame, the hand gave the order, very friendly and friendly. recommend mcdonalds mobile app.

Overall visit today (9-21-2019) with a order to go was quick , food proper temperature and staff nice. However, while waiting to order two employees were having a conversation of a personal nature while not doing any work for about 30 seconds or so. They finished and then the worker took my order. I also observed the person at the drive thru area leaned over tapping on her phone while waiting for something. The place was clean, except the restroom which needed cleaning...it wasn't a mess, but needed attention. McDonald's was not busy at the time either.

Nastiest McDonald's I've ever been in. We ordered on the touch screen for dine in and it took forever to get our food. The people beside us didn't even get a tray with their food because they were all dirty. They had to eat on napkins... There was tops 4 others in there so they weren't super busy. The floors were littered with trash and food. Every single table was dirty. No excuse for how this place looked. Went up to the counter to ask for a bag for extra food and the manager looked at us SIX times and didn't say a word just walked on by. Finally my husband just yelled out can we get a bag and they handed us one. Ridiculous mess and ridiculous service.
