They purposely disconnect their phones so that way there is no way to get in contact with them. I had to contact corporate just to speak to someone and get a refund. This is a nightmare store DO NOT GO HERE EVER!
This place needs to be taken down. Parts of the doors are MISSING. Half of them don't wear masks. I had to drive down because I have a cali phone number ,but live nearby to the restaurant. and the lady on the phone yelled at me because she thought I was prank calling her!!! When I got to the there she was also the one who was talking my order. Half way through me ordering there was a call and the person didn't talk for about 30 seconds and so she slammed the phone down and went back to my order.
I tried to order online without success. I am visiting my mom so I had to change the address but it still would not order delivery so we put in for pick up. Big mistake! We walked in and the first thing we notice was that the place was a mess. Nothing was organized. It looked filthy. Next, we saw that half the employees were not wearing masks. If we were not starving and it was 9:30 and I didnt think we could get our money back, I would have left. The app said we were ready but when we got there, the bread sticks had to be remade because they were cold. That's when the fun began! The employees started yelling at each other about who's fault it was the cheese sticks were cold. At least they told us they were cold. As were were leabing a blue haired female employee, came out and started yelling at a customer to come back. I think he ordered and was going home. I'm not sure but she was just downright mean. When were received our order the pizza was cold and the cheese stick were just about burnt. Did we go back in? Oh no, next time we go to Elizabeth's Pizza in Grandon Village. I like to go local anyway. I just didn't feel like dribing across town. Next time, I'll drive!
We love Pizza Hut , the locations near us are now closed, placed an order on line , drove 20 minutes to get there , my order wasn 't ready, I overheard them tell another customer that they forgot to make her breadsticks so they were giving her a double order. They finally tell me they forgot to make one of my pizza 's, it would be another 10 minutes, a few minutes later I overheard a conversation by the staff that my order was given to someone else, nobody ever came out to tell me that, after waiting 40 minutes in the store I finally got my order, only to find they made one of the pizzas with the wrong crust, nobody ever apologized, offered any discount nothing, terrible customer service
Every customer in the store had a mask but I saw no employees with a mask When they exit to take food to customers waiting outside then return to the next customer hands are not cleaned. The worst place I 've been as far as COVID-19 precaution. Aside from the plexiglass there really where none. If I didn 't think i would have to deal longer with the unpleasant counter worker who has way to many health problems to wear a mask I would have asked for a refund but had already payed online
