Blue Elephant Thai Cuisine

I've been here many times. It's always very high quality food with very high quality service. My family is vegetarian and they will take extra steps to separate the meat from the rest of the food so they can enjoy all the dishes. They're always ready to help with requests. They've even reserved seats for us when we had 10+ guests. I always suggest this place to anyone who wants Thai food. It's the best location in Bakersfield (that I've discovered so far). This is a must try place, you will not regret it. Bring your friends, bring your family. I eat family style so I can try every dish here, I don't think I've yet had a dish that I didn't like. The location is great, the ambiance is great. The service is incredible. There's really nothing that this place is lacking.

Excellent, high quality Thai food with very friendly service. We had a large party of 8 and ordered a variety of dishes and drinks. Everything arrived in a timely fashion and was hot and delicious. The orders were correct and the server was very attentive to our needs. How on earth does this place have positive reviews? I had the curry sampler, the curries were watery, flavorless, and seemed to have been made hours ago and just sitting around. My partner had the eggplant, it was mushy and like panda express quality. Also SUPER weird and off putting, throughout our meal, the waitress walked around filming/taking photos of the restaurant? No explanation, just like, photographing everyone wordlessly.

As ever, one of our favorite restaurants for any time of the day. It holds a lovely atmosphere, helpful, and friendly service, along with delicious food and drinks. Today we stopped in for a lunch. I had brown rice with tofu in Fresh Ginger. My sister had the brown rice with tofu in spicy cashew(? . These come with a house salad, which was crisp and fresh and a perfect spring roll.

We always eat at this resto because of the good food and service. But this time we decided to take out some of our favorites to enjoy it at home.
