Przekaż informację zwrotnąWaited half an hour for my food until I walked to the counter and asked. The employees were working but they weren't fully staffed. The drive thru and dining area was packed.
Today I ordered a big mac with no pickles and extra Mac sauce and I get a burger with more pickles than the standard comes and no Mac sauce at all, very disappointing. that could just be an error, but to see how bad service has been received in the last two years, I doubt it!
Of all the McDonald's that we have visited these last 3 days, today at 9pm we arrived at this McDonald's and ANABEL attended us, I think her name is like that, a very very cordial and kind girl, her attention deserves 100 ? ? ? ? ? her kindness made us feel that we were important customers. It is a super organized and clean restaurant thanks ??
Had to use kiosk to order food..not such a great experience. Heard front counter person advising that he could not take orders. Figured the drinks would be delivered to the table since no one offered up any cups. Not the case. The person who delivered the food was rather surly when we inquired about the drinks.
Either this place is having a really bad day, or this is an example of things to come when McDonalds replaces employees with robots! Walked in about 4:00pm to order some food. There was one cash register but nobody was at the register. I could see four people working in the kitchen and drive through window. There was more beeps and alarm sounds in the kitchen than a emergency room. The employees seemed busy so I decided to use the self service kiosk instead. After the employee called out my number, I walked up and said HI. She looked at me, put the bag on the counter and handed me the drink cup. I looked at her and said thank you. She turned around and walked away! She didn't say a SINGLE WORD to acknowledge a paying customer standing in front of her! No hello, no thank you, no you're welcome! I sure hope when McDonalds deploys robots, they can program them to have better human interactions. You know, say hello, thank you, you are welcome, have a nice day, etc. If I ever drive through Benson, AZ, I will NOT stop at this place!
