I was here for a bridal shower yesterday and I must the place is extremely beautiful. The service I got was touch and go because of the waiter and manager making empty promises and not delivering. I would highly advice people call in ahead in terms of finding out what drinks the have available for the day or else you will be disappointed. To the owner stock up on alcohol, and place your will have customers endless because drinks profit is made on that and not food or atmosphere.

The three stars are for food and views. The service was appalling to say the least. The waiting time was terrible, got seated fast. Then we waited about 15 minutes for someone to come and take our order. Didn't even get his name because he didn't introduce himself. Then we waited forever for the food without any updates whatsoever. Upon receiving the food, we realised there were no pork riblets as stated in the menu. Since no one was checking up on us, we were almost done eating by the time we could even report that. Okay then we waited a further 15 minutes for feedback about the riblets. Turns out, they ran out but no one bothered to inform us. Then they gave us chicken wings because I guess that's all we're good for, Chicken! Honestly, more effort can be made with the milkshakes but that's a story for another day. The service was just terrible, is it because we didn't reserve a table? Because we were not liable for a 10% gratuity fee? I don't know what was happening inside the restaurant but it was way more important than us.

Food was a disaster. T bone steak and vegetables. Veggies looked like they came out of packet, terrible presentation. Steak not the best at all. This place has so much potential! Lovely venue, but also Closes too early too Food: 1 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4
