Przekaż informację zwrotnąI would not go to this Taco Bell ever again I had a coupon for four free tacos with a purchase the coupon was good thru the 15th of April it was the 15th they told me the coupon was good thru that day but the employee said it wasn't good for that I decided to cancel my order and get my money back so with the way I was treated by the employee I will never go back to 700 military West in Benicia CA again
I have been to Taco Bell hundreds of times in the past always had a good walking in experience. This time was very different.They have a kiosk to replace humans to take your orders. Figuring out the menu structure for my simple order took FAR longer than normal but with experience this technology should go faster. But even with this innovation AND that they weren't busy at all, my 3 items took nearly 20 min. NOT what I had come to expect from FAST FOOD TACO BELL.When they finally called my name I saw the counter person throw in a handful of Diablo salsa sauce when I had typed in 4 mediums only. When I asked for replacements I got a blank stare and another handful of diablo. I tried to get through that I wanted milder sauce but it was obvious he didn't understand me. It took another worker to get the right stuff for me by intervening in Spanish. I have no problem with immigrant workers but is it too much to expect that if their job is to interface with the public that they should be at least fluent enough in the language of the country they work in to communicate with the customers?Worse even with the machine entry, the order wasn't even close to what I had typed in. ALL 3 items were wrong. Yes I was in a hurry but I should have checked closer before I left. Especially after the clues of the sauce incident.I love Taco bell will go back because of that but will be more vigilant about checking the order before leaving.Maybe rather than better customer service training, Taco Bell feels language is MY issue and I should simply brush up on my high school Spanish to make their work simplerParking: Tiny parking lot hard to negotiate in a truck.
I work as a doordash and they never respond properly nor do they even turn to look at you to tell you that it is in preparation
This place sucks, customer service is just as bad as the food. Sat behind someone for 15 minutes. We where the only 2 cars in the drive through. Also the employee looked like some child had a smug attitude and didn't give me any napkins or sauce.
