Smoothie King - Benbrook

The smoothies are delicious, but I can't help but feel sorry for the employees. Today, there is only one staff member working and the place is extremely busy. He is rushing back and forth between making smoothies and serving customers. It is the responsibility of the management to ensure that the restaurant is adequately staffed, so this situation is unacceptable. Even having just one more person on shift would make a significant difference.

The service at this restaurant was fantastic!! Jacolby was exceptional, very friendly. The smoothie was absolutely delicious. I highly recommend it.

The customer placed their order at the wrong entrance. They were told to leave it at the main hospital entrance, but it was left at the entrance to the Breast Care Center instead.

Extremely expensive items, decently flavored smoothies. Definitely overpriced on the app. Delivery was over half an hour late, smoothies were room temperature by the time they arrived. It could have been worse. Luckily I'm not a picky person.

I came in earlier today and a new person was training, each of my smoothies came out perfectly and even though she hasn't been there long my smoothies were made faster than some of the other smoothie kings I've been too.
