Starbucks In Bell - Bellingham

This was the worst Starbucks I have ever been to. 20 minutes in drive thru unacceptable.

I almost never review but I have to this time. Order was done in 2-3 minutes that’s fast almost to fast… I got 2 frozen tropical citrus iced energy with strawberry purée one with pearls… it taste great but a huge let down they didn’t add enough ice or blend it nearly enough I was chewing chunks and not enough strawberry purée. It melted in 5 minutes….. I thought to myself that I should just customize my order on the phone next time but then realized I pay alot for this I shouldn’t have to pay more for a better experience…. Disappointing experience

It seems baristas are incapable of listening to orders. If it were me, I'd listen closely to what people are asking for so no one got mad at me. When ordering I requested cream, not vanilla sweet cream. I got a $7 drink that I couldn't drink because it was so sugary it tasted like a milkshake.

Needed a pick me up after a long day Hike- lunch on the water-walk at the Marina Park- drive home With 3 dogs 5 people

The staff that works at this Starbucks are very friendly very nice but for some reason never get my order right they're always willing to fix it and make me a new order but I feel bad for the people behind me otherwise I'd give them a better rating.
