Snowy River Cocktails - Bellingham

We had an early dinner for two, and it was quite enjoyable. The drinks were excellent. We started by sharing a plate of pork belly bites, which were delicious. I had the pasta shells, while my friend opted for the burger, and both dishes were impressive. We wanted to order a shrimp cocktail, but unfortunately, it wasn't available due to supply issues. I'm definitely planning to return to sample some of their small plates.

We enjoyed the Tuesday Best Happy Hour special, and it was absolutely delicious! The service was quick, and the staff and owners were very friendly. We'll definitely be coming back!

Air conditioning was troubling--the restaurant was freezing. We were prepared it was due to high blowing desired due to Pandemic concerns, but our waitstaff didn't address it when we complained. And I'm someone who never takes a jacket anywhere because I'm never cold.

Consistent quality of both food and drink. Warm, responsive staff.
