Cheba Hut Toasted Subs - Bellingham

Got to check out the long awaited Cheba Hut today and it was definitely worth the wait. Friendly crew behind the counter, nice design on the restaurant and quality munchies sammies. The sandwiches my partner and I had were both superb (Panama Red/La Canna) and we loved how they were blunt wrapped. Will absolutely return to checkout the bar next time too!

We had the opportunity to stop into the new Bellingham location of Cheba Hut during their staff training session. It was a really fun experience and cool to see the management team setting their employees up for success. We tried two sandwiches (Kali Mist and White Widow, half and half each) and they were both BOMB! The drinks we tried were also great--particularly the cucumber jalapeno one. Bar staff was really friendly and curious to learn from the pros visiting from their headquarters. I'll definitely be returning.

We previously ate at the Boulder location and were eagerly awaiting the Bellingham opening. Yay! The sandwiches are still great, with friendly efficient service. I wish they offered a fake meat option but the Power Plant is excellent and filling.
