Carve Casual - Bellingham

The food at this restaurant tasted old, as if it had been stored in the refrigerator for a few days. We ordered ribs and four sides. The beans were mushy and slightly spicy, lacking freshness. The potato salad stood out because of the use of fresh dill. The roasted vegetables were passable. The coleslaw was sharp and unappetizing. The ribs were tough and lacked flavor, making them disappointing to eat. Overall, the meal was bland and underwhelming. It was a letdown.

I only recommend this restaurant for those who enjoy eating food that is rough and lacks flavor. Additionally, be prepared for cold dishes.

This restaurant is incredibly slow, to the point of absurdity. Every time I come to pick up an order as a delivery driver, I am forced to wait an extra 15-20 minutes. It's clear that they do this intentionally so the driver bears the financial burden of the wait, rather than lose money themselves. This shady business practice shows that their main concern is profit above all else.

As I really like kebab casual. here the whole meal was made really good, good concept and recipes, but over 3-4 entrees over two teaspoons salt away from being really excellent. the above assessment is after adding in much needed salt, as almost everything was underseasoned (redisserie veg, mac and cheese, tri-tip dip and its gravy, kartoffel salad), but was really delicious afterwards. I would have been really sad if I had no salt available, so if they eat there, I think? cesar, shy, cubic and pommes were good.

The chicken was good, a little dry but enjoyable. The ribs are great, large, meaty and soft. Fries are great. Parking is tough, good luck.
