Bagelry - Bellingham

We enjoyed Bialys and Vegan Italian spread every morning we were in Bellingham. All right!

This place offers vegan cream cheese for their bagels and they often have vegan baked goods. There's a vegan tofu scramble that's good.

Very easily could have been FIVE stars but they forgot to put capers on my Lox Sandwich. : The capers are the crowning glory on a lox sandwich as far as I am concerned. Other than that the bagels are perfect, the lox is fresh, cream cheese is very tasty and the price is right. The pickles were awesome!

I grew up in Bham and have always loved the bagels and the owner even gave a talk at the community college back in the day. Yummy food. The time it takes to prepare the food could be a bit faster. Worth the wait though.

I stopped by and was pleased to discover that this delightful bagel shop offers a variety of vegan bagels and two vegan cream cheese options to choose from. The bagel coffee was excellent, and I appreciated the friendly and knowledgeable staff. If I find myself in Bellingham again, I will definitely return to this shop.
