Ms. Steve's Ice Cream - Belleview

Brought to you by Arkansas five years ago, this place offers the best service in all of Belleville, along with incredible ice cream!

As always, it was fantastic! You now have my favorite lactose-free ice cream! I would love it if you could offer some coconut flavor without milk as well. This is a wonderful ice cream shop in town!

I hadn't visited this restaurant in over 15 years, but my husband, our two daughters, and I finally went back tonight, and we had a great time. The young woman at the counter was incredibly patient while taking our order and explaining the menu. My oldest daughter, who is 10, wanted a large dish, and the server made sure to inform her just how big it was. We ultimately decided to stick with a kid's meal for her, and the staff member was very understanding. We're definitely planning to come back soon, and I promise it won't be another 15 years—more like 15 days!

Butter pecan is best ever..we really enjoyed this little place.
