Cafe Belfield

Friendly caffe with family-run feeling. the roasted focaccia with haloumi and Mediterranean vegetables was very good. the coffee was excellent and the service was fast and attentive.

Saturday 4th June night, very average, waiting staff on auto and just doing their job, not proactive.

This restaurant is probably the best tasting Italian restaurants around here and the waiters are very nice However it lacks furniture quality.

We've been here on numerous occasions and it's always a hit with my family A big restaurant and could certainly handle an event.

We stopped here to grab a bite and were bitterly disappointed by the quality of the food. The garlic chicken roll with chips was great, however the chips were cooked in what tasted like "months old" oil. The pumpkin soup with "roll" never actually came with a roll, it was more like 4 pieces of stale sour dough bread. I do give 3 stars though on account of great coffee, good prices and friendly service. Lift your game a bit guys, serve what you advertise and change ya cooking oil when required.
